Live Service Manager Position

As a Live Service Manager at Informed you will:

  • Lead multi-disciplined, 支持国家和关键业务数字服务的敏捷服务运营团队.

Requirements

  • 具有支持关键业务服务的高级领导或管理职位的经验, systems and/or infrastructure, with responsibility for meeting Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and contractual obligations.
